Configuration #

Required identifiers (Azure Portal) #

• • Tenant ID: Your domain ID (Azure Portal > Overview).
  • Application ID (client): Application ID in Azure Portal (Overview).

Creating the application (App Registration) #

• Create an App in the App Registration section of Azure Portal.
• Follow the related documentation: “Configuration Email Inbound-Outbound Outlook 365”.
• Required API permissions.

• Is Main: by clicking this button, the configuration will apply to all users without a specific configuration (user level ioi User).

Linking to a user (ioi User) #

• A SharePoint configuration can also be specifically linked to a default user

Redirect configuration (Azure Portal) #

• In the App Registration, define the site redirect URIs.
• Then update the Manifest:
  • Move the URIs specified in web/redirectUris to spa/redirectUris.

Usage #

Attaching a SharePoint / OneDrive file #

• The user clicks the SharePoint icon to attach a file.

365 Authentification #

• If the user is not yet logged into their Microsoft 365 account:
  • A login window will automatically appear.

File selection #

• The user then accesses the File Picker from their SharePoint / OneDrive environment.

File accessibility #

• Selected files are automatically set to “public” mode.
• Only the web link is stored in the database.
• Actual access to the file depends on the permissions configured in SharePoint.
