What do I need to approve?

The system updates the list of people who may need to sign a document.

Go to the ioi Document Approval module.

Attention

Be careful to position yourself on the Liège (LG) site.

The system can send you regular e-mail notifications to remind you of the signatures you need to make.

The system administrator will define a weekly schedule in this module. You can inhibit this process.

Example:

If you are in Sandboxing mode, e-mails are “redirected” to your Sandboxing e-mail.

It is essential to secure access to this module to avoid creating a security hole in your approval and signature system.

Approve several documents at once #

  • Press search in the module,
  • Tick the documents you wish to sign.

How to sign the code #

Info

For security reasons, your login is not used to sign. You’ll need a distinct numeric code that you’ll choose yourself.

For first use, please use the I forgot my code link.

You have the opportunity to add a comment. This is mandatory in case of refusal.

You will be asked for confirmation. Your document is now approved:

Unsigned document, adapt reporting #

It’s very important that your document reporting is adapted to signatures.

If the document is approved or rejected, please indicate on the large document, as appropriate:

  • “Document unsigned, for information only”, *"Document Refused, Invalid document ",

Attention

And don’t forget the status of the document in preparation

  • “Document not finalized, unsigned, for information purposes”.

Signed document, affix signatures #

Each user’s signature or initials are available in the reporting tool. To do this, you must first register user signatures in the ioi User module.
