Here you can define the characteristics of your company.

This information is automatically fed into the reporting. Standard reports use them.

Identification #

• Identification is mandatory. It cannot be changed.
• Company Number" is the standard DUNS number available from Dun and Bard Street. It is a unique number for all companies worldwide. It is optional.
• Est principal" / “Is Main”: This will be checked automatically when defining the first company. If you create other companies in this module, you can choose which is the main company via the “action…” functions. Only one company can have this field checked.

Define your bank accounts #

You can also define your company’s bank accounts here, with settings to automatically check the status of your bank accounts. See tab: “My Ponto”.

Logo and base line #

Place your logos here, the fields are designed to show several logo sizes.

These logos will be available in the reporting tool.
