Item classification (Family/Type/Group)

To facilitate item management, as well as the management of price discount grids, define item Family/Type/Group/Subgroup.
This is a level-based classification, with ioi Item Family being the first level and ioi Item Subgroup the last. It is not necessary to go to the last level of classification.
