Our sales manager needs statistics. To do this, he uses several tools to classify our customers, in addition to geographical zones and agent assignments.
Customer Families :
This classification is quite simple and allows you to make quick selections without having to call in selection specialists.
Here’s what we defined with our sales manager:
- For family 1, we have targeted our dealer’s way of working.
- And for family 2, we’ve targeted the activity.
