Impersonate = “Act as another user”.

Do you want to step into the shoes of a user in the ERP? As an administrator, you can!
- Go to User Management
- Select the user in question
- Click
Impersonate
→ When activating impersonation, you’ll be asked to provide a reason:
→ See below for an example of the updated screen :
- Any actions you perform will be done on behalf of that user.
- All information displayed will reflect their user profile.
- The only way to exit impersonation mode is by logging out and back in.
