User guide — clocking on a tablet or smartphone
Either on this tablet, or on all tablets.
Running or paused.
Tip
Disable the theme change (light/dark) on shared tablets, so that everyone sees the same screen.
1. Logging in #
- Either with the operator selection + a password defined in their Écranioi Staff record.
- Or with an RFID card or wristband, or an identification barcode, to be scanned directly. The tag/code must first be linked to the operator in their Écranioi Staff record.
Advice
Disable password saving on this tablet (browser).

2. Creating a new record #
With the « + » button, at the bottom of the main screen.
- Choose the clocking type: Dossier, Production, Ticket, Customer, Order, or « no production ».
- Choose the document concerned from the list (search is possible).
- Choose the step, if the document has one. No specific step? Use « Describe manually » to continue without one.
- Check the summary — every line remains editable — then press Start.
Note
Here, a record can only be created from the list — there is no direct scan of a dossier or production barcode on this screen.

3. A record is in progress #
On an operation whose time is being counted, you can:
- Report an incident (see point 4).
- Pause — and resume at any time, or start another record in the meantime.
- End the time count, which can be restarted later, from the history.
- End the time count and close the operation — no further time can then be recorded on it (case of steps on Dossier / Production).
Note
It is not possible to choose an activity type while the timer is running — only when starting or stopping the record.

4. Reporting an incident and a note #
The incidents offered are defined in « ioi Clocking Incident ». When you end the record, a list offers them to you; choosing one automatically fills in the note.
Note
Only one incident can be reported on a record. End it, then start a new record to add another one.

Stop screen
5. Attached documents #
The tablet shows you the documents attached to the document being clocked.
Please note
It is essential to set a filter by tag so that not everything is shown. These tags are defined in Écranioi Division, in the same place as for « Workshop Clocking ».

6. History, tasks, appointments, tickets #
- History — your last completed records. A tap on the arrow restarts the same clocking.
- Tasks and Appointments — what is assigned to you for the day, without changing screen.
- Tickets — visible only if this mode is enabled for your team.
