When you first log in, the workspace presents you with a set of icons from the first menu item, which is hidden:
Click on it to see this menu. The system shows you everything that’s been organized for you:

“Public” represents standard, non-customized menus. These menus can be arranged differently.
Icons, grouped by activity and application color code : #
As you can see, the icons come in a variety of colors. Some are dedicated to sales and are green. The same applies to icons dedicated to purchasing (red), items (yellow) and stock (brown).
Icons are grouped by activity. In some cases, more than one color may be present.
There are two basic ways to access an application: #

Either by clicking on the icon,

Or by using the search bar. In this case, you need to know the name of the module.
In list mode, the name of the module in question will always be present.
