Attach a file (scan, table, text, image) to ERP data

To do this, proceed as follows:
- Go to the data item to which you wish to attach a document (e.g. a customer master record),
- Open the margin menu if it is closed:
- Activate the file attachment function here:
- Silicon ioi adapts to the device running your Internet browser in order to access a file. Depending on the case, it will present you with different options:
- You can add tags (the language of the attached document, for example).
Astuce
- Tags are available if configured in the document management system,
- To avoid saturation of disk space by these documents on your server, a size limit per document and a limit on the number of documents are defined in the system settings,
- A “document management” license is required to use this function,
- You can also organize and automate the placement of documents in separate paths depending on the module and record content at the time of attachment (for example, depending on the customer).
With the Define all publics button, you have the option of specifying whether this document should be filed in a space accessible from your integrated web server.
Attention
For security reasons, these two storage areas are separated.
Once saved, the document(s) can be accessed just above the attachment button.
