« Live clocking » allows you to record time while you are working in the software. A small window appears with the work in progress.
Auto configuration #
An auto configuration is available
If you see this icon, you can start your automatic clocking.
Click on it:
The system will ask you for a confirmation
And a time recording screen will immediately be visible.
You can hide it and bring it back at any time.
The current record continues if it is not paused.
Choose your working document and start the record
Record in progress #
You have a view of the current record at any time.
At any time, reassign or adjust your current record.
Or pause or stop the record.
Edit your record #
Adjust the times, the breaks, the distances, the non-billable hours.
Adjust the hourly rates, comment your record.
If you pause #
You can start another record.
