‘ioi general scan settings’ lets you define the barcode prefixes of the operators. By default, the prefix ‘$ STF’ is defined.
Once you are identified, an auto ‘logout’ timer starts. If you are inactive for too long, the system logs you out.

Or by scanning the barcode of a dossier or a production order
The barcode must have a ‘/’ replacing the dot surrounded by the two spaces
If you want to specify the ‘step’ directly, it must be defined as follows:
- PREFIX/DOSSIER-STEP
- PREFIX/PRODUCTION/STEP
A record is in progress #
On an operation whose time is being counted, you can
- Report an incident
- Pause it
- end the time count. Which can be restarted later
- End the time count and indicate that no more time can be recorded on this operation. (case of Steps on Dossiers / Production)
Note: it is not possible to define a standard activity in real-time clocking.
To report an incident code and a note:
They are defined in « ioi clocking incident. »
Only one incident can be reported. On a record.
Do a Stop and open a new record to add another incident.
If you pause a record
- You can restart it at any time
- Or start another time record.
