User guide — entering your hours in a grid, several days at a time

« ioi Quick Clocking » is used to enter or correct clockings after the fact, day by day, in a table — like a spreadsheet.

Note

This is not a stopwatch. The hours are entered directly, they are not measured live.

1. Choosing the person #

  • If you manage a team: first choose a department, then the person from the list of photos.
  • Otherwise: the page opens directly on your own clockings.

Advice

The « My Clockings » button, at the top right, takes you back to your own clockings at any time.

2. Choosing the period #

  • The « From » / « To » fields define the days displayed — one table per day.
  • The arrows next to them move forward or back by one day, one week or one month.

3. Adding a row #

  • « Add Row » adds an empty row to the table of the day.
  • Choose the type (Dossier, Production, Ticket, Order, No production…), then the document, then the step.
  • The customer and the workstation are filled in automatically according to the document chosen.

Note

For a Dossier or a Manufacturing order, a step or a workstation must be specified — otherwise the record is refused.

4. Completing the hours and saving #

  • Scroll the table to the right to enter the hours, the hours mode (Regular / Overtime…), the distances, etc.
  • « Save » saves all added, modified or deleted rows in one go.

Note

Once saved, each row is posted directly — as in the « Multi-agenda », there is no « paused » step.

5. Modifying or deleting a row #

  • Click directly in a cell to modify it.
  • Tick the box to the left of one or more rows, then « Delete » to delete them.
  • Or « Set Draft » to put them back into draft, to be corrected and saved again later.

The page ioi Quick Clocking in “Quick tips and news” covers the same screen from another angle: what it adds compared to “ioi Clocking Ref”, the RôleAtWork and RôleAtWork Manager roles that open it, and the search, the date filter and the column layout of the grid. This page is the step-by-step guide, taken from manual 1.06. The two complement each other.
