Here is a list of the most frequently encountered system states. The characteristics are as follows:

Template (-3) : This is an INACTIVE state, a template that can be used to create signaling.

In preparation (0) : This is an INACTIVE state, but the information in this tag can be modified.

Approved (1) : This is a non-editable INACTIVE state, where approval is awaited.

Active (2) : This is a non-editable, read-only ACTIVE state. This is the usable state of the tag. For example, for a customer, to encode an order.

Inactive (3) : This is a non-editable, read-only INACTIVE state. It’s a state that prevents this tag from being used to make new documents.

Locked (4) : This is a non-editable, read-only INACTIVE state. It is a state that prevents the use of this tag to make new documents, while specifying that this tag is locked.
