Setup #

In the ioi Company module, go to the Ponto Connect tab and click Register/Logout My Ponto.

→ This button lets you create a new MyPonto account or log in to an existing one. The user will be redirected to the MyPonto site.

If you create a new MyPonto account, the user will be asked to provide some information (choice of bank(s), company details, etc.). If the user already has a MyPonto account, he/she can click on Skip this step. Next, he/she will be asked to enter his/her e-mail address and password.

The user will be prompted to select the accounts Silicon ioi will be able to access (transactions, payments).

The selected accounts will be displayed in the ioi Company module, Ponto Connect tab, Bank accounts section.

Bank accounts created in Silicon ioi are disabled by default. To activate them, click on the “switch” at the top right of the Card (it will turn blue once activated).

Off to synchronize transactions, a system setup is required:

  • Transaction Sync start date : By default, the date selected is January 1 of the current year. This date can be edited as long as no synchronization has taken place. To do this, click on the “START SYNC DATE” in the bottom right-hand corner of the bank card.

  • Authorization expiration date: This date is set by MyPonto when MyPonto and Silicon ioi are linked. Permissions are valid for 3 months. After this period, Silicon ioi will no longer have access to Ponto Connect features for the account concerned.

To allow the account(s) again, click on the bottom left corner “AUTH. EXP. DATE”. You will be redirected to your MyPonto account and will be able to renew the bank account(s).

  • Bank account linked to a journal: Transactions will be integrated into the ioi Financial Entry module. They must be Linked to a financial journal. To link a Log to a bank account, simply enter its IBAN. The link will be made automatically. Go to the ioi Accounting Journal module and add the IBAN in the appropriate field.
