Using the search and order header field

The search bar #

The Framework includes a universal search bar:

Return to previous location #

After entering the search field, the system will show you your last entry (document type and document key). Simply select the desired option and the system will return to this document and position.

Search for a doctype (a module) #

Type only part of the doctype id/name. The system will give you a list of what matches your entry. Then simply select the desired proposal to execute the “jump” to the doctype.

Search for data in a document (if configured) #

This function must be configured doctype by doctype (see customization).

You can search for data stored in a document. To facilitate certain searches, you can use the & as a logical AND condition:

1. To find documents matching a value in one field AND the other value in a second field,
2. To find documents matching values in different “children” of documents,
3. To find documents matching values in the same “long field”,
4. To find documents matching tags attached to documents.
