It is possible to place an order from the offer:
Click on one of the two + buttons:
- Either
Ordered (4), - or
Back order (5).
There is no difference between these two buttons in this situation.
The system will ask you to confirm your action:
As there are options in this offer, it will ask you to confirm the lines to be ordered.
Quantities will be adjusted afterwards (you can also take everything and adjust it in the order).
Create the order by clicking on Create order :
A new tab will appear, you can switch to this new tab and the system will present you with an order in status In preparation (0).
The offer will remain in Sent (1) as long as the order is not activated (as long as it remains in preparation). Once Waiting(1), the offer will be marked as ordered.
