What’s important is that all our customers are associated with an agent. Our VAR expert has advised us to set up a rule to guarantee this.
Here’s the rule we’d like to implement: When a customer is set to “active” and is in Prospect or Regular mode, the system checks that the agent is mentioned.
If this is not the case, the state change will not take place. And it’s not possible to encode on a client that isn’t “active”.
