Customers, ioi Customers

We sell to a number of resellers, who in turn sell to end-users.

You’ll find our resellers in the ioi Customer module. They are placed in Regular mode, but if we have new prospects, they will be in Prospect mode.

If at some point we need to manage end-customers (for example, for CRM marketing), we’ll put them in End-User mode. We can even attach them to a reseller via the End user of field.
