These are truly management documents that live a life between creation and completion of the transaction managed in that document.
Here is a list of the most frequently encountered system reports. The characteristics are as follows:

They take the form of arrows to provide information on the position in the flow to be achieved (they disappear in smartphone mode). The meaning of states varies according to the module/management document in question.
Model (-3) : This is an INACTIVE state. Model that can be used to create new documents.
To be processed (-2) : This is an ACTIVE state of a document created automatically, either by the system, or by an e-commerce, or by an MRP engine, or by an EDI link, or by an API.
In Preparation (0) : This is the state of manual document creation. This state is intended for encoding/altering data. However, this document does not exist as valid data in the system. It is therefore outside the standard results as defined.
xxx (1) : Often yellow. This is the activation status of a document.
yyyy (3) : Often bright blue. This is the state of a partially processed but still active document.
zzz (?) : Dark gray, the end-of-life state of a document. Processing has been completed.
Astuce
With exception, only the In Preparation (0) state allows data to be modified.
