The ioi Sales Target module allows a sales director to define and monitor sales targets across multiple analysis pivots. An XLS import module is also available (see below).
Exemple
This module provides a very practical basis for building Business Intelligence reports for sales teams.
Configuration #
Choosing the date range #
Two modes are available to define the period covered by the target:
- Selecting two accounting periods
- Defining a range by two specific dates
Info
The system sets the pivot date as the last day of the chosen range.
Target scope (filtering) #
Determine the target scope using applied filters.
- Filtering by customer and global information from the sales document (does not concern detail lines or specific items)
- Filtering by information present in the document details. Includes data related to items, manufacturer catalogs, and even archived items.
Defining the target #
- The target value must be expressed in the system currency.
- It is also possible to define a target in quantity, under the following conditions:
- The item must be specified in the sales document lines.
- The unit used must correspond to the item’s stock management unit.
- Example:
- Item managed in
UNIT(per piece) but ordered inPACK12(box of 12). - The order unit is
PACK12, the stock unit isUNIT. - The ordered stock quantity is therefore 12 times greater than the order quantity.
- Item managed in
- The targeted sales range must use the same stock management unit.
Types of documents taken into account #
The target can be compared against several types of sales documents:
- Sales quotes (excluding contracts)
- Sales orders
- Deliveries
- Invoices and credit notes
Info
The system displays both the values and the achievement percentage.
Running the calculation #
- The calculation can be triggered manually.

- Automatic calculation: all targets less than one year old and with the
Enabledstatus are recalculated every day at 6:00 a.m.
ioi Import Sales Target #
The ioi Import Sales Target module allows easy import of an XLS file containing the sales targets defined by the sales management.
