Bulk Status Update Module #
This module allows users to update the status of multiple documents at once. It also provides the option to delete documents, provided they are still in the In Standby status.
Creating a Filter #
From the module interface, you can create a filter to target specific documents:
The following parameters are available:
- Doctype: Select the document type.

Only doctypes that include the ioistatus field are listed in the dropdown.
- Status: Filter documents based on their current status.
- Technical fieldname: Database field name to be displayed in the column headers of the result grid.
- Where clause: SQL condition to further refine the search.
- Refresh: Executes the query and displays the filtered results.
Filter results #
Once the filter is executed, the matching records appear under the Results tab:
You can deselect specific records from the first column if you want to exclude them from the update.
Update Parameters #
The following options are available before launching the update:
- Target status: Defines the new status to apply to the selected documents.
- Action: Specifies the action to be performed. Several actions are available:
- Execute / Abort execution: Allows you to confirm or cancel the update, based on the selected action.
Confirmation and Execution #
Before proceeding, a warning message is displayed, showing the number of records affected and informing the user that the process may take some time:
