This feature applies to the following documents:

  • ioi Sales Delivery
  • ioi Purchase Receipt
  • ioi Stock Output
  • ioi Stock Entry
  • ioi Stock Qualification
  • ioi Stock Transfer

New Feature #

In the new version of Silicon ioi, when a stock-related transaction document exits the In Preparation status, the system automatically sets the current date as the document date.

This prevents documents from remaining in In Preparation status for several days with an incorrect date.

Manual Date #

If you wish to set a date different from the current date, you must enable the option:

The date will appear in red if it does not match the current date.
