You have activated two approval schemes per log. This allows you to have, for example, very specific rules per site. Logs are linked to sites.
Go to the log management of the module to be considered.
Choose from the following:
- Sales journals (ioi Sales Journal),
- Purchase journals (ioi Purchase journal),
- Warehouse journal (ioi Warehouse journal),
- Production journals (ioi Manufactoring journal),
- Project journals (ioi Dossier Journal).

Choose the scheme and define the number of days people have to sign:
Attention
- Activation or deactivation has no effect on documents already created; only new documents will be affected.
- It is essential to secure access to this module to avoid creating a security hole in your approval and signature system.
When a document leaves the Preparation state to enter an Activated state. If this document requires approval, the document changes to approval required.
