When you’re on the form for such a module, you’ll see a set of round, colored buttons representing the possible system states. As follows:
The current state of the data is highlighted. Each status indicates a situation for the data item in question.

Here are the states available for a ioi Customer or ioi Supplier data record:

Status “draft” of the data sheet. You must return to this state to modify a data sheet. When a card is created, this is the starting state. |

This tag is not yet active, it has yet to be approved. It is already read-only. Because everything has been encoded for approval. |
| 2 | Active |
This tag is active and can be used. It is read-only. You must go back to preparation to modify it. |
| 3 | Inactive |
This tag is no longer usable. |
| 4 | Locked |
This sign is forbidden. To unlock it, a procedure must be followed. |
Switching from one state to another is secured by system rules.
Attention
Buttons may be grayed out if you’re not allowed to select a state.
