Attention
Remember that you’re in a cloud application in “responsive” mode. The editable grids have been designed for use with tablets and smartphones. The maximum number of columns that can be displayed is deliberately limited to 10. However, a column profile selection system allows you to easily view different information.
Some modules offer access to an encoding grid in edit mode. This is presented with controls on the left and right sides of the grid.
On the left-hand side, you can tick lines to delete them.
There’s also a button for adding lines:

On the right, top corner:
Two functions are available:
- Select a column profile. Use the small arrow to make this selection.
- If no profile is available, there is no small arrow,
- The current profile is highlighted in bold,
- Profiles with a “double person” icon mean that the profile is public (accessible to all).
- Adapt the columns to be used/displayed. A dialog box lets you change the layout.

Create a new profile...to create a new profile, - Check
Est Publicto make the profile available to all.

Still on the right :
The Edit button lets you access and edit all fields.
Once in this mode, the down arrow allows you to return to the grid.
